I had my truck flashed with the newest update a few months back and installed a superchips handheld now while towing my 40' goosneck sometime I get the wait to start light on in the dash and get reduced power. I have done some reasearch and get so many different people saying so many different things to correct it I'm not sure which way to go. I have been thinking about taking off the programmer and see if that helps any? Anybody had a truck do this? How did you correct it?

One day I will have something cool here.

I don't know what would cause that, but the first thing I'd do is remove the programmer and see if that cures it. That's likely the first thing any shop would tell you to do.

On 2nd thought, you can just do a straight up trade for my '01 Cummins. That'll take care of it.

LOL I was so pissed this past sunday on the way home I might would have traded. We are going to piedmont tommorow night I 'm gonna remove it and clear the codes and see what happens. I swear never had a seconds issue with the truck. Try and do a few upgrades and create problems. I gotta learn to leave well enough alone sometimes. If I wasnt paying the babysitter 700$ a month I would have a 2015 in the drive right now and would solve all my problems.. smile
