My Engine is losing oilpressure when hot! What could cause that!
Smallblock!

What is the oil pressure when hot at idle.. what is idle rpm.. but this has been a issue lately.. also what is the oil your using(10W-30 or what)

I just bought the Engine. Dont now what oil. Pressure very low on hot engine.

Your not saying much here... is it 800 rpm .. I would do a oil change FIRST THING.. I dont care what oil... try a 10W40 then retest.. check the rpm and temp
