SORRY but that is not SEAL wear. The yoke is obviously hammered, Now the question is ?? How far does one go to REPAIR the issue ? If that Yoke has been in the trans a while, there is apparently a problem. Driveshaft severely out of balance ??? Rear bushing is probably TOAST, and there is probably a lot of foreign material in the trans. At this point you can BAND AID a mortal wound or do what needs to be done

if you are only getting it going for minimal investment now, and plan to revisit the issue in the future, just pick up a junk yard yoke and slam it in there. it is positively not seal wear, and you will have to investigate at the minimum, drive shaft and out put shaft runout as well as total yoke engagement. an out put shaft bushing is definitely needed as well, but just to get it going for the short term, a yoke is all i would do. or, just put it in as is if it's really going to be short, short term. the damage is done now, but it will go a few miles more as is. just don't think it's gonna last very long. only you can make the decision to tear into it and fix it correctly now, or post pone it a bit because of your time constraints. just remember this. if you just replace the yoke[for ? $$$] and do nothing else, you stand a very good possibility of replacing the yoke again if there are major issues with the drive shaft/out put shaft as described above.
