Well I decided to help a buddy out and put on a leveling kit. Well everything went to heck. Can I get just the lower strut bushing & bolt??

all im finding its the control arm bushings..

any advice?

I ant answer your question, but I was thinking of doing the same to my truck. What kit did you use and how did it come about you need these parts?

I have seen kits that just use a spacer or something on the upper shock mount?

update for anybody who tries this. Make sure you soak everything down with penetrating oil!!! I would never would have believed in a thousand years a 2011 truck would be that rusted. The driver side came off a little bit easier but I also soaked it down for 2 days with penetrating oil. I can't believe dodge doesn't sell just the bushing they make you replace the whole control arm. I used the Monroe strut bushings and bolt kit it went in smooth as silk with a ball joint press however the bolt was a little long just needed a couple extra washers probably better to get the Mopar so you have the right length as far as the brand of lift block it was an eBay special solid aluminum pieces be interesting to see the quality on them they're sold by suspension Marketplace.
