DartGTDan OP super stock Joined: May 2004 Posts: 752 North of the Motor City	My son has a 2003 Liberty (3.7L, Auto., A/C) with 75,000 miles. Driving home today the battery and engine lamps illuminated. The battery was replaced last spring. The battery and alternator terminals are clean and tight. Everything is original. Bad alternator? Other things to check out?

moparjim79 pro stock M Joined: Sep 2014 Posts: 1,415 Central Pa	Here's a pretty simple check. Grab a voltmeter, get the static state of charge. Then start the car, if the voltage stays exactly the same its usually the alt.
