JohnH OP mopar J Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 549 WV	Hooking up my heater hoses, which nipple is the pressure side, and which one is the return on a 440 engine.. I have a new heater core, and never plan on using the heater so I want to keep AF out of the core... Thanks for your info..

RapidRobert Circle Track R Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 36,041 Lincoln Nebraska	hot coolant exits a BB block from the top/upper hole(s) (1) on each side & turns in to the center to the stat so the rear (upper) heater hose nipple on the pass side right there that taps down into that passage is the hot coolant "out" to the heater "inlet" live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

Not a problem on the hijack, the OP has had his Q ans & your post ain't interfering with that in any way & we're here to help and be helped in any way and as much as possible. I'm 99% sure the Hemi would be the same cuz it has the same WP so it'd have the same block hole configuration (upper/lower on each side on the front of the block) live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
