Just got my P/S cooler for my 69 440. I have a Saginaw pump. When I tried to install the cooler I could not bolt it on because the return line on back of the pump hits the cooler bracket. I tried to Google an image for reference but could not find an image for the rear of the pump with cooler attached. I thought about bending the pump return line straight to the side instead of the current upward angle but I did not want to do this without researching first. Does anyone have a rear image for this setup or have any advice?

I believe the pump bucket is different with the cooler from what I remember.

The line on my pump is almost parallel, not angled up like you show.

This is from a 69 R/T I just sold. Maybe this will help.

Try the link I posted again...a member just posted some additional pictures that should answer your question.

Thanks for the pictures. I think I can make it out. Looks like the return line on the back of the pump comes straight out to the side. That's what I thought but wanted to verify. Thanks again for the help!
