Can anyone point me in the right direction to an Edelbrock carb dual quad setup for a 426 hemi? Is there a linkage that will work as well, or is it difficult to get this as well?

As far as the Carter AFB's, where would I get these if the Edelbrocks are not a good option?

I'm needing the dual quad carb setup as well as a good working linkage for same. I have a real hemi dual quad fuel line setup already.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mark

If you decide to buy the Edlebrock carbs., remember that they use a larger aircleaner opening than the original Street Hemi AFB carbs. did scope That being said I have used both the 625 CFM smog and race Edlebrock AFB type carbs. on Street Hemi builds when we couldn't find OEM carbs to use back when Carter quit making the Hi Po replacement carbs. shruggy If you do decide to use the Eddy Crabs, buy the race versions with the mechanical chokes and jet the passenger side rear carb rear secondary jet like the factory did up I think you will need a Carter jet number 120-363, 120-365 or maybe a 120-361 depending on what altitude you drive in scope up

I think Scott sells a hybrid/clone carb, modern Edelbrock base with an old style small opening AFB top

I'm not crazy about that intake but maybe it will work well. I believe it is stock carb spacing and height anyway. I don't think you'll have to stagger jet the carbs with it though, you can probably square jet them and watch your plug colour.
Edelbrock makes linkage to tie the two carbs together and I would think those stock fuel lines should work as the carbs are in the stock location.

Yes, I sell custom built Hemi "clone" carburetors. They utilize a modern Edelbrock base and vintage original tops along with factory correct style Hemi throttle arm assemblies.

They are completely reconditioned so that they have the appearance of a new set of original Hemi carbs (not the shiny finish like new Edelbrocks have).

They are available in 600, 750, or 800 cfm depending on your needs (the 600's being more than adequate for most anything streetable). These are built to order and are available with any jetting desired and with either a manual, automatic, or electronic choke.

All factory air cleaners, fuel lines, throttle linkage, and other associated parts will fit these just like originals. Tuning is easy because any modern Edelbrock jets and rods work in them.

These are run tested on a mule engine before shipment.

A bit off topic, but I see that Edelbrock came out with a new intake for the Gen 2 Hemis.
