Why not just leave them in, unless you are doing a concourse resto..... Works great having all left hand studs like 99% of all cars on the road... I am just trying to put the car back to the way MA Mopar built it. I know the axles were in and out as the car had 456 gears in it, (it came with the original 391s in a bucket) and the original k frame was out of the car. It had 71 B body Hemi K frame in it, (car had a hemi when I bought it, seller kept hemi said it was out of a 71 roadrunner?). But I have a hard time believing that the front hubs were changed out.

Is there evidence of any inspector's paint remaining on the studs - from both sides?
Wanted to add, Moparts.com is still the BEST, major props go out to our mods and care takers.
The pics are of the rear axle studs from the June, 1970 Hamtramk Barracuda I have. If they are the original axles to my car's rear, then may be typical of what to expect when viewing the survivor and OE class of E bodys . Maybe even early '71's.
Definitely hold off on taking my earlier advice above - not until you get an agreed on answer here, yes keep it original. '71's are my favorite year, good for you my man.

Just as an oddball trivia, toyota (at least in Australia) had LH thread as well (in 12mm)...in the 70s (not sure for how long or anything) I just know we had a customer asking about them before.

I'll take left handed wheel lugs for $200 Alex.

The left hub had red on inside of stud holes, in the picture its an a card so I have get it to my computer to post. A couple of the studs show some copper color where it was pressed against the back of the hub.....seems like the bottom on the crate. Aftermarket left hand studs I bought in the 80's early 90's were copper colored .
