I still have the original functioning voltage regulator for my 70 Cuda. Unfortunately the stamped label on it has worn off and needs restored. Does anyone make a stamp that I could use to restore my original regulator?

A 70 V. Regulator wouldn't have a label that can fall off. They are ink stamped.

A 70 regulator has a dime size outward bump on the face of it.None of the reproductions have that.

I took mine to a silk screen shop, and had them silk screen the logo on it.

ECS sells a kit to re-stencil it.

A few years back, when I was restoring a 440 6bbl Superbird, I got lucky enough to find an older aftermarket Niehoff voltage regulator that was correct in appearance.... AND IT STILL WORKED! I cleaned it up, painted it, and had a local stamp company make an rubber ink stamp. Instead of using ink, I thinned out white paint and stamped it onto the freshly painted regulator. As you can see, I practiced a lot before I felt confident enough to stamp the regulator. They were never perfect, so I think it turned out great.
