Is there anyone making a .080" thick or thicker intake gasket for an la 360 ? The thickest I've found is .060"

Cometic likely would (or could $$$). Try Hughes engines also. I just had to have these machined so my uncut 360 block/intake would fit those junk chinese mag heads that crook Ben Gorman of "promax" in Indianapolis sold me (claimed they were EQ's). SDS concepts (on here), Jerry cjubastsky (sp) made em for me from my imperfect template I sent him & did a perfect job. 3/16" thick & used a std felpro intake gasket on either side of each plate/perfect fit.

SCE Gaskets 169107 is .125

Sorry to hear about your experience with the mag heads. Nice templates you got there ! Hopefully I wont have to go that route. I agree, the Cometic gaskets are expensive. I'll check with Hughes.

I haven't check Jegs yet either. They are even in my favorites list.
