Speedway Motors weld on brackets, the rotors I used were 2000 Grand Cherokee fronts, and GM metric calipers from I believe mid-80's G body. Whole thing cost me a total of about $150 using all new parts and hardware. Works great!

93 Cherokee rotors will get you what you need, that same rotor is used in a lot of Jeep applications so I'm sure other years/models will work as well.
A 93 Dakota master cylinder will work well

Do you need a shorter-longer pushrod for the Dakota Master cyl ?

Adjustable pushrod and 4 to 2 bolt adapter will make the install easy

Not sure if it really makes a difference, but mine are installed with caliper rearward. Also, you may want to install an adjustable proportioning valve between the master cylinder and the rear line to adjust front/rear bias.

Another thing worth mentioning, my rotors had to be machined slightly to seat completely over the flanges on my axles. Not much, and may have been the cheap rotors I bought. When I installed mine I put an air fitting in the caliper and bolted the caliper to the bracket. Tightened the lug nuts on the rotor and slid the caliper with pads and bracket over the rotor and placed them where I wanted them. Put an air hose to the caliper to "clamp" it to the rotor and tack it up!

I was looking at the 1993 Jeep rotors and they appear to be close to 11" diameter and the brackets seem to be designed for the larger 11-3/4" rotors. Do the brackets need to be re-radiused to move the calipers closer to the axle centerline by 3/8"?
