What was used to stamp the VIN# on the Rad and Trunk? #1760667

I have a 1970 Road Runner.
The last 8 vin numbers are 0A123735
on the Title, BS, Fender TAG, transmission and the Dash plate.
but on the Rad support and the trunk lip the
numbers are 0A132735. Anyone ever see this before?

Yes, it's a stamping error, it happened.
