Looking for a set of Pso heads. Does anyone have them. Already talk to the 3 major suppliers and they don't have any.

The heads cost a bunch to make a production run so I think they only run them when there are some customers lined up with money. You have to talk to Best and ask them if they have a waiting list or take deposits or what the deal is.

Good luck with Muscle Motors! I called 3 times in the beginning of December and I'm still waiting for Mike to call me back.

Just do the predator head , its a way better platform and you might be able to get a set before November if you are lucky.

X3 There in not enough distinction between an MC and PSO just justify the cost. Just go to a Predator head where there is a larger potential. A properly done MC with the CORRECT port design will be just behind and properly done PSO when it is all said and done.

I don't really want to build a hole new motor. I just wanted to up grade and still use most of my parts that I have already.

Well pistons are the part that changes, and you will need to for the PSO as well anyway so I guess I don't see the issues.

If your going to do any class/heads-up racing stay with the wedge/conventional head as the predator head puts you in outlaw classes !!

Didn't know the MC B1's would flow close to 500CFM !!

For me I have to use a true wedge head in my class of racing and the PSO is the best option even if the gain is small...I paid around $2300 for mine bare and figure I will have from 8-10k in them finished...These heads are raw with nothing located on them and so far Slawko from out east is the only one I've found who has a cnc program for them...By the time he hand finishes them, softens the chamber and provides Ti valves you've dropped some serious coin !!

Muscle Motors is doing a set for me. I think they do their own CNC porting.

I would be shocked if Muscle Motor did any CNC porting of anything.
As far as I know they send everything out... To Modern I think.
Correct me if I am wrong, but pretty sure I am not.

Pso heads should be re-named POS...those heads are not work friendly and r really not that much faster than a indy head...for the cost...and the pain in the azz that they are....but what do I know

wish the mc heads would flow that. The best I have seen is 440 on flow and those heads were take to 3 different engine shops to have them flowed.

Well I have two set both between 475-480 on a number of different benches. One motor is just shy of 1100 at 525" with a fairly small cam. The other we will see hopefully next week. Both sets done by cylinder head specialists(rear non Mopar shops) that started with raw castings. IMO not worth the expense to go to a PSO if you over an MC or B1 for what is a potential of 25ish CFM.

BTW I know I hear it all the time no way those heads flow that much or make that power. But the car seems to run a representative number. I am doing a Predator deal now and will have some numbers eventually. Those heads are at 540-550cfm on the same bench as my MC stuff. We will see what kind of power they make here soon enough.
