A guy sent me a pic of a pair of wheels, they are 15". Want to use an early B-body 10" cap, not sure if they will fit. No other info on them.

Yes, that looks like the coveted early B, K wheel. The single hole between two stud holes is the first clue. The rim info and PN is stamped on the rim between the beads so the tire has to be removed to read it. If you can PM me the PN I can confirm it.

A little more rust than I prefer but a good score.
