My '06 300C has decided, in the last couple of days, to start having some sort of crisis. This is my daily driver, and since I have my Imperial's engine torn apart, I can't afford another car down.

Here's what's happened:

1. Running in Autostick mode, shifting to second, the car started to "buck"...think running out of fuel, but more violent. Transmission ignored the shift. Put the car into automatic mode, no further issue.

2. Gauges appeared to lose power and return.

3. Car stalled when stopping at a light. Did not lose electrical power. Put car into neutral, started. Shifted into drive, transmission ignored command. Had to shift to Park, shut car off, restart car. Taking off from the light, the car "bucked" again and fought to climb to 25mph. Pulled into fuel station, shut car off for five minutes. Car restarted, drove fine.

The computer isn't throwing any kind of code. Oil pressure is good, temperature is good. Only work done to the car is a Magnaflow cat-back, and the outer tie rods were replaced. I haven't had a tuner on the car, and I highly doubt the prior owner did either. Anyone got any ideas? I'm sure something electrical is calling it quits, but I don't think that's the only answer.

Im having a similar problem with the wifes 06 charger R/T - driving down the road it bucks as if engine stalls for a second and guages go dead and chime sounds on dash. Never know when its going to happen. I checked the ground and positive wires and replaced weak battery to no avail.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. The fuel system is covered on 2005-06 cars under a special lifetime warranty from the factory, so I'm putting the car in tomorrow morning so that the warranty work can be done.
