That would be a Build Manifest denoting all of the options on the car. They were used throughout the plant and were Department specific. ie. Body Shop, Paint Shop, General Assembly - Trim & Chassis Departments. The Assembly workers referenced them so they could select the correct parts from the proper bin to put on the car.

These manifests were somewhat different than the common Build Sheet found under the seats of the shipped cars.

We actually called them "track sheets" on the assembly line.
