I have an original rear sway bar for my charger however, I have no idea how to mount it. Can someone pls post a few pic's or describe in detail how this is mounted?

So common thought is none came with them not that they all had them.

I can say for sure that the rear sway bar was available as an option 72 and up. I did confirm by looking it up in the 72 parts maual. The 71 Charger brochure is vague. It metions sway bar as in singular, not sway bars as in plural.
Anyone have a 71 parts book? That will tell us for sure. My 71 shop manual is not much help. Thanx guys.

The rear sway bar was only available on cop cars in 71. Option for 72.
Here is a 71 LAPD Satellite Custom.
I've owned several 71 R/T and GTX cars and seen tons more. None had a factory sway bar. The 71 FPM shows the rear sway for B-bodies in the police car section only.

Yep but it is not my car. Is a 71 LAPD car that was at the Fling a couple years ago. Is the only 71B that I've ever seen with a factory rear sway. Though he said it was original to the car.

Here is a 72 RR/GTX Dana car that's in my shop now.

Here is a 71 Charger R/T Dana that is also in my shop. Again, no rear sway in 71.
