Holes in the bottom of 67 Belvedere core support? #1703239

Installing a stiffeners kit and curious if I'll want any of these 3 holes in the bottom of the core support before I weld them up.

the small hole on the left should have a blind nut like you have on the right---i bet a panel bolts in there----the other holes look factory and i bet they let water and other debris fall out of the radiator support area....

Thanks! Yeah, I wasn't going to touch the smaller ones, just the holes in the very bottom that were covered by the stiffener.
