Looking on Rockauto, for the Sachs flywheel which is the only one with specs, it appears the 07 is a dual mass the other not. Dunno about balance issues though.

and if you replace a dual mass flywheel with a solid flywheel be prepared for a lot of noise.

Like I said you are going to have to change the block adapter too. They are different thicknesses and the starters set at different depths.
