So what do people think are the best stock stroke Gen 3 pistons with a decent valve relief.
I want to install my cam where its supposed to go....not 4 degrees retarded from straight up which is what the seller is happy with .....and the best way to do this is trash the factory flat top slugs for a decent compression height, valve relieved piston.
I also want to use my factory rods...this will be a mid-high 400HP motor
Opinions? Thoughts?
Obviously forged..but any experiences?
67 RO23 clone with 6.1 SRT Hemi and dual quads. Soon to have Drag Pak induction and Throttle body.

Diamond Pistons seem to be on top as far as quality and new designs. I would talk to them.

Diamond or Ross here. FWIW I bought a Callis stroker kit that came with Diamond pistons. 3.5 grams difference from the lightest to the heaviest and wouldn't you know there was only 1 light one. First time I seen that and Diamond was more than happy to replace them.
