Yes it will. Depending on what the original application was, you might need to change the clutch fork pivot inside the bellhousing. Keep in mind this bell also has the small 4.354" bearing retainer hole. If your not sure on the pivot post a picture or email it to me.

The 372 bellhousing is BB but it never came on a 440, the Z-bar pivot ball will likely be in the wrong position for an E-body.

The pivot loctions on the side of the 372 bellhousing are in the exact same place as the 10.5" alum 513 bellhousing. The only dimensional differences would be the bearing retainer hole.
