Does 440 Source ever answer your emails???

They show an email address on their web site and a phone number. I have called and left a phone message and have sent several emails at different times. No response, no answer no email sent back... Nothing! ZIP! SQUAT!
Hey Brandon, IF you are going to ignore emails from prior customers asking for part info, why bother to post an email address at all???
Call me fed up with really poor or NO Service.

I've called him 5 or 6 times and he's always answered. I've always called in the morning.

I am 4 hours ahead of you, but I have called at 12, 2 and 4 my time. Point being, why bother to leave a message or send an email if they do not return calls or reply to emails. If this were a one time occurance, I would not even mention it. Since you can get in touch with him, How about calling him and asking him to respond to one of my emails. LOL

Sorry to hear about that. We have 4 telephone lines and field hundreds of calls all day long, 5 days a week. Although occasionally the lines do get "jammed up" during super busy times, probably over 95% of calls are answered by an actual person, usually Kim, Jason, Tim or Brandon. If you happen to be in the 5% when the automated system picks up, it will allow you to leave a message and we will call you back.
If you called three times every few hours (assuming it was during a weekday and not a weekend when our office was closed,) then that should be extraordinarily bad luck and not a typical experience. We do apologize and please give us one more call at your convenience.
Also, we did move to Nevada in April 2013 and our phone number was changed. Please make sure you are not calling our old telephone number.

China has already read, dissected and discarded the email as having no intelligence value.
To the matter at hand, I've never had a problem with someone picking up the phone at 440Source - old or new number.
