I agree.....I'm betting that "guiding" a Top Fuel Funny Car has to be like trying to stay on a bull for 8 seconds.....only in 1/2 the time plus you have that monster engine "in front" of you instead of behind you.....

I think I will cut JF some slack as to the heat of the moment at the track in his choice of the word "lies" rather than the more accurate term "propaganda", which permeates the media today from every POV. I don't see the big deal with his honest opinion, and I really don't like the guy.

Funny, but when I heard his comments I think he was knocking Fox News, not praising it. Mike Dunn paid him a compliment, by ranking him #3 driver of all time. Force shook his head, rattled off HIS pick of top drivers of all time, and then said he didn't even belong in a list with those guys, then razzed Dunn and the ESPN commentators and compared them to Fox News for stirring up controversy where there isn't any.

D50 I suppose the DSR cars dont have bucks as does Kalletas teams.Or lets say Johnsons etc.They for the most part have as much or more than he does.Look at his RTs .The guy is over 60 if you can do better you can make millions too.Its not very often he gets beat on a hole shot.Rocky

I agree, I suspect somebody was misunderstood, I can't believe JF after all these years would have the best hearing, or there was an off camera exchange prior.

Like I said just go by his pits,there are more people there than any other.That and he always makes time for the fans and he demands his teams do also.Ive met a lot and most racers are friendly.But Force is above almost all of them.Rocky
