Do these have to be "matched" for rollout like slicks? I've finally decided on the route I want to go for tires and these are the ones.

I insist that all my new tires, race or street, are within 1/4 inch of each other on the inflated circumfernces I have had to over inflate one of my old sets of drag slick because one was around 3/4 inch smaller, I inflated it to the same circumference and sat it out in the son for half a day and let it down to the same pressure as its big brother, it still was smaller I had to make it bigger by a 1/2 inch than the big one and let it sit inside overnight and that made them the same circumference at the same pressures . I had a race to go to and waited to long to order the new tires and still have enough time to return them for a perfectally match set, like most race tire comapnys guarenty I now either buy them at the track or order them three to four weeks in advance to allow for mistakes like that Insist the the comapny you buy them from give you a match set within 1/4 inch on the circumference, check them when mounted on the rims before you run them on the car, if there not a perfect match return them Make the company you bought them from pay for the shipping both ways on the returns and do not let them charge you a additional shipping charges on the replacement set Make sure and let them know you want a match set and your going to check them when mounted before ordering them

Ideally, yes, you'd want them to be "matched".

Will Summit Racing actually do this or better to stick with a tire only place?

A radial tire the manufacturing process is so far superior to the old style it's really not needed. The tires are a lot truer. I don't bother to check mine and it goes straight in wheelies. It wouldn't hurt to check if you want.

All the race tires are suppsoed to be mark by the manufacturer(they do have numbers on them written in white), they make mistakes so I measure all my own
