I think im using an old set of cppa 2"x3.5" underchassis headers, got them used. They fit in a abody with victor heads and a rb block, just not very well. Mine touch the inner fender, steering column and torsion bars in a couple spots.

Dent a tube, & the inner splash shield needs some pounding

Check TTI's web site and see if they show any fitmment options for their standard 2" and 2-to 2 1/8" stepped headers for A-bodies w/ RB engines & MP Stage VI or E Victor heads (same exhaust port location).

you may need to lower your engine to use these with victor heads, also if your cage front bars are welded straight to the shock towers then it will interfere

I have these for sale in race parts

If you can wait until the weekend I can take some pics of my Duster.
It has a low deck block,1but I have 440-1 heads. The headers are TTI 2" to2 1/8" step headers. Fit extremely well on my car. They make them for Rb deck heights as well.
Thanks, Ken

You can make your own and have it welded for you.Do you have the fender cut out?Or want under chassis?

Fenders are not cut yet, our initial plans were to go with Indy EZ heads because of the exhaust port, I have never dealt with fitting a RB block in an A body before and I'm trying to avoid major obstacles, from what research I've done, header options are TTI 2" headers, hooker super comps "fender wells" and Heddman fender wells, all are 2", would like something bigger like 2-1/8 or larger since it's going in a Scamp with 700+ Hp
Will any of these work with the Victory max wedge heads without major issues ? We have motor plate that came out of b-body, I'm assuming we can just shorten width to work with A-body dimensions but not certain ???

Sixpacgut, is that upper tube welded to the upper support over the control arm ? It's hard to see in the pic ?

Bob Mazzolini in Riverside, Ca. is reproducing the old CPPA headers, he showed me a set recently when I was in there, under the chassis 2", one pipe on both sides exits through the fenderwell. They aren't priced too bad, I used tubular automotive fenderwell headers on my Dart, they were easy to access the plugs and stuff.

Yes, my front bars have that short tube connecting to the shock tower

sixpackgut,

I was seriously considering these same headers for my Cuda. My engine is set back a couple of inches. Still using the stock firewall though, but I was worried I would hit the back of the outer fender wells with them. The other issue is that I am running a 4 speed and the linkage can be a pain.

Right now I am running an original set of the proparts headers and they fit, barely. I know I am leaving a bunch of power on the table with them and plan on upgrading soon.

Do you have any pictures of these headers from the side where the tubes run down along the back of the fenders/floor pan. Sorta like the one in your picture above, but a little closer up. The floor pan seam right by the collectors can be folded over I believe. It might give me a little more room for them. Also do you have any pics of the drives side in the same area?

Also, I am running a low deck with 440-1 heads.

-Dave

340KID I'm the friend of Mopar65 that has the duster with the procomp heads on my 440. I have the 2" hooker super comp fenderwells and they a little tight in 2 places. My lightweight master cylinder is about an inch away from the tubes at its closest point on the drivers side. The passenger side header required a little massaging on the tubes around the shock tower. Also had to do a little trimming on the inner fender sheetmmetal near the shock area.
