Hello,

Trying to figure out the color of the front headliner trim and posts in my 69 T3 road runner with the saddle and T9 interior. Been looking at many pics but have had no luck. SHould the front headliner be tan like my headliner or T9 like above my door panels. Also not sure if the inside of my posts should be T3 like the exterior or T9 like the interior metal parts.

Thanks,
Carl

Here's what I got. It's a little hard to read, but the dash, steering column, and the front windshield/ headliner molding are all the same shade of suede finish. The inner door, rear quarter upper panel, and roofrail/ headliner moldings are all the same shade and finish.
I just finished painting a saddle interior '69 myself, with the research I did, everything I found showed the inner posts painted the same color as the inner door. So, that's what I did.
Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for the attachment, that helps a lot! So that front trim piece is the same as the dash, in suede too, that is very interesting. Well on your dash pad and front dash pads, did you end up using a dye? I'd like to know where you found your paints and what you did for the suede finish.

Thanks,
Carl

I had a 69 T7 bronze Charger 500 with saddle tan interior. I will see what interior pictures I may have.

I got both paints from Instrument Specialties
As far as the dash pads, I have not gotten that far yet. The car is still in the process of being assembled.
