Have you checked for codes? http://minimopar.knizefamily.net/fault/index.htmlYou should be getting better than 14 in the city. Have you tried filling the tank, taking a trip on the highway at a steady speed for an hour, then checking mileage? I know my 2.5 would seem like it was doing ususually bad on fuel, then I would take it on a highway trip and find the highway mileage was good, and the town mileage just was what it was.

O2 sensors go bad slowly over time. If you replace it you will gain back milieage and power.
I thought I had a bad o2 sensor once, I replaced it with a new one and my mileage went DOWN. Put the old one back in and mileage went back up, so even new ones can be crap I guess, lol.

Couple things to check: #1. Leaky injectors. #2. Vacuum leaks. #3. Spark plug gap, wire condition, etc. #4. Valve Timing #5. Ignition timing. Anybody wanna buy an '87 Lebaron coupe, converted to a TII Intercooled?
