I'd prefer Doc Diff's setup because he can provide the parking brake cables to fit your application, with the Scarebird you have to scare up (pun intended) your own and that's often not as easy as it sounds.

Does the dr diff 11 3/4' cobra setup fit under 15" wheels?
If his 11.75" front rotors could, I don't see why his rears couldn't...
If someone has a 15" wheel near me, I could test fit one.

I don't know about Scarebird's rear kit but people seem to like their front A-body kit for sbp. Dr Diff also uses off the shelf rotors for the rears.
Psssst....next time put a rag on top of the jack stand so you don't scratch up the new diff paint.

General Rule of Thumb is that the max rotor OD for any given wheel size is 3" smaller than the wheel. So 12" rotor in a 15" wheel, 13" rotor in a 16" wheel, etc. Can sometimes sneak a slightly larger rotor in, but it can get tricky. Caliper to wheel clearance is a different critter and will depend on the specific wheel and the specific caliper.
