My 70 Challenger with Rally Dash has the high beam and left turn signal indicator lights not working.
I built the dash on a bench and installed before windshield.
Can anyone tell me the easiest way to get at these for replacement?. I remember what a bear it was getting behind the dash
Everything else on the dash seems to be working fine

I recently pulled my gauge and switch panels to replace wood lithographing. Quite a pain.

I assume that you believe burned out bulbs or fell out of place. As you had pulled the dash before and cannot figure how to replace these bulbs easily. I would start by dropping column and disconnecting TS and ignition connectors to find if by blind feel if I could reach lights sockets.

Perhaps pull radio instead and as last resort pull switch panel,,,however no guarantee here either. Then next last resort is to pull gauge panel.

But of course you already knew all this. Just offering some moral support
