I bought victor max wedge heads for my 540 and see that there are several offsets offered-Hughes .640,procomp .610,the source .650. pro comp is cheapest but at what cost? any feed back is greatly appreciated. also are any of these going to have concern with stock valve covers? thanks in advance rick

I run Harland Sharps on mine. They are very close to the valve cover rail on the pushrod side. I couldn't use a moroso valve cover (similar to stock). Ended up using procomp fabricated aluminum covers and modified the mounting face. Now I can drop covers straight down over the studs without issue. I use felpro cork gaskets with no sealer and No leaks. Also I believe the source rockers are a dead copy (dimensionally) of the Sharps. I know the beairngs are. HS sold a buddy a set of their roller beaings for their rockers and pressed them in to his source rockers and workin good.
