I think I know what color stripes were available for 70 Challengers. I think I am correct on the stripe colors, but I was wondering if anybody knows what color stripe was available for each car color? Is there a chart or something out there somewhere?

Those were only available on FM3 and FJ6 cars. Look at the What's New From Dodge document in the Hantrack-Historical library section.
You'll notice that they didn't give the new stripes colors names.

I have V6X-black on my 70' Challenger. I just stuck them on not too long ago. After trying to get many of my paint & body guys to do it or any collision shops I decided to attempt to install them myself. Wasn't actually all that bad. Just like a giant sticker.

Nice ride, Can't wait til mine is done. I want to go with factory color and stripe combo but I haven't decided yet. Car is u code 70 challenger without fender tag or broadcast sheet so I will build it the way I want but I want to make it look right.
