Got a Check Engine Light today It is showing P0300 "Random Misfire" in a 2004 Intrepid 3.5 with 54K miles. Drives normal. Ex feds copcar. I bought at 40K 1 1/2 year ago. It was a patrol car at Fed. Prison Hosp In Ft Worth, Texas. I cleared the code and wondering if I should think about buying a new set of sparkplugs?

It sure wouldn't hurt, especially if you are unsure about the mileage on the current plugs. Our 3.5s always liked Champion coppers.

It's Swifty! Swifty, you toad sucker!
