I have an amd Dutchman panel that I'm trying to install. All fits pretty well except the right side. The window channel is near 90 degrees all the way from left until u get 3 inches from the right end and then it slopes 100 - 110 degrees. U would have to build filler up to 3/8 thick on end to fit like the rest. I can't see anyway to bend it and make it better. Anyone else seen this?
Love them 68 MOPARS! GTS 340 auto, Charger R/T 440 4-speed, Superbee 383 auto, GTX 440 auto, D100 (new front frame 5.7 hemi - in process), Formula S 340 4-Speed A/C (it's green), 383 auto Roadrunner (maybe a hemi - waiting) and a 68 W200 Power Wagon. Drivers: 07 Cummins and 14 Ecodiesel 4x4.

My '68RR needed metal basically from the doors back. AMD was the main source of my parts. Mine was completed in 2012 by a local body shop. The one issue they had with the car was the dutchman panel. The fit was way off for some reason. As you'll see in the pictures my fix wasnt "correct", but it worked, looks good, and was still cheaper than correcting the issue. Im happy with it, so I guess that's all that matters. For the record, everything else AMD fit great with very minimal work involved. Overall I was happy with the quality, as well as the shop guys. While things may not be 100% correct, its all we have right now as far as replacement metal. Finding and buying, then fixing, old or NOS metal just wasnt in the budget or timeline. For my needs and wants, AMD fit the bill. Good luck with yours.

i can give you a big hint.. its not you!
that part is a steaming pile of ----! the curve/contour on it does not match up to original quarters or amd quarters! so pick your poison on how to repair it. everytime i hear someone praise amd, all i think is how much is in thier car!
