A while back ago someone had a question as to the proper location of the "road runner" emblems on the LH side of the decklid. In response someone posted a nice diagram with exact measurements for the mounting holes. Is there any way someone could post that again? I printed it and can't find it now.

Also, what is proper for a 69 decklid? All of them I have seen have the standing bird decal in the middle, but I have seen some with no additional emblems at all, and some with "PLYMOUTH" on the LH side of the lid, and some with "road runner" on the LH side. I bought my car with what I believe to be original paint, and it had "road runner". It was a late production car, so I am wondering if there were changes made as production went on through the model year. Any guesses?

As always, THANK YOU.

No "Plymouth" on the deck lid. "road runner" always on the right side and decal in the middle in 69

As shown. I've never seen anything other than the bird decal and "road runner" script on any original '69 RR regardless of assy plant or production date, sole exception of course being the HEMI badge on Hemi cars.
"Plymouth" script was for other models, as were any center moldings or deco panel.
I base this on seeing them new, owning known original cars, and seeing the reference-original cars out there.
