any comments on an easy way to replace the instrument cluster voltage regulator on my 70 roadrunner ? thanks

EZ..
Remove the radio & panel, 4 phillips screws and rear bracket..
Now U can reach in and pull out the regulator takes just a couple of minutes. Also be sure to check if U have the noise capacitor filter attached, some had it and others did not...

Just my $0.05...

You might want to think about the updated electronic one- that way it will be a one time only deal.
