Just put on new BFG Radials...23560r15 front; 235 70r15 rear, Along with new MOPAR Magnum 500 Wheels 15x7front 15x8 rear...With the spinners....They look great!!! They were professionaly installed and balanced....But when going about 50mph on the highway...if I take my hand off of the steering wheel...the car gently veers to the left. I did have a wheel allignment about a year ago ( on the old tires and wheels)...Do I need another allignment or is there some other possible issue???

Check air pressure in all 4 tires first then a wheel alignment is cheap.

Jack up the front also & see if one side or the other has more rolling resistance when you spin the tires by hand.

Check the adjustment on your brakes.

Possibly "tire pull". If you have a floor jack, you might swap the front tires side-to-side and see if that helps.
Always a good idea to have an alignment when you change wheels/tires.

I agree swap tires l to R.Ive seen quite a few radials pull to one side.Just remember if you had bias the alingment was probally set for them.Radials need more caster and less camber.Rocky

swap the fronts side to side....if it goes straight you're golden,if it pulls the other way you have a tire issue and it needs to be replaced. Have dealt with LOTS of tire pull issues over the years. And yes...I would still have the alignment checked/tweaked for the radial tires

If the tires in the front are wider then the rear you have your answer . Also check as stated here the tire pressure and for brake hose collapse inside.
