Just wanted to thank everyone for coming to the first Kilkare Monster Mopar. We had some small weather issues and some growing pains with a new facility but nothing to bad.

The turn out was thinner than expected, but we had a good time and did get all the racing in

Congrats to the winners of the Class's
Bob Marshall
Rick Allison
Eric Paul who beat his own Brother Sunday with a incredibly small mov
Shawn Bemiller
Tom Ewing
And dang old Mike Crick

Time for Norwalk. Sept 12, 13, 14th

Thanks again

Thank you Josh! The track hooks hard and the staff is second to none. I didn't catch the names of the the guys but complimented the guy pulling cars from the lanes and the guy in the water box. They went out of the way to make sure things went smoothly.
And watching the Paul brothers race was pretty sweet even I they were the two that took out my Wife and Brother!
Nice guys and excellent racers that deserved to win !

I had a great time and was impressed with the facility. Nice seeing some beautiful show cars and close racing. Anyone who wasn't there missed a really nice event. Thanks to all the worked to put on another great MMW!

What cars did they have? I remember seeing the name on the window but don't remember the car.

Eric Paul runs a beautiful Challenger with custom paint. Hisbrother has a real nice A body , not sure if it is a Swinger or Scamp.

Correction #2 - That name for Sunday would be Terry Ewing, not Tom. Of course I had a great time. Nice track.

Terry! Nice job! Looks like that car is finally getting sorted out!!

Great job to all the winners and runner-ups!

It sucks we couldn't make it. The old man and I thrashed all day Friday to get it together, but just ran into problem after problem.... I was really looking forward to this race, but we WILL be at Norwalk!

Sounds like another successful event. Wish I lived close enough to attend one. Maybe one day I can.

With the exceptions of a couple of glitches ( friday night lightz promoter and sprinkles early saturday) I thought the show went quite well, track was hookin and the track crew was top notch, track owner has made some nice and needed improvements and I hear he's not done yet car was running good and consistant, but I need to work on my lights went .020-.020-.024 in eliminations for sats race but got waxed by a dragster in the third round with a .005 to my .024, and both of us were on our dials.

Light travels faster than the speed of sound,,,this is why some people seem bright untill you hear them speak.
