The ribs by the mounting hole on my factory shroud on my factory radiator poked a hole in my repo overflow tank. So I'm assuming the repo mounting bracket is off a little?

Is there something I can repair the tank with after I get it real clean? TIA

A body shop with a plastic welder can fix that in about 3 minutes.

Earning every penny of that moderator paycheck.

I've seen a guy use a butane torch and the same colored milk jugs to repair his GM tank that looks like this -- he may have used a larger soldering gun too -- I cannot remember. But it did work really well if I remember correctly -- and the repair worked perfectly for years.

Best of luck.
