It's worth what ever someone will give you for it.
I'm not sure how rare it is? JC Whittney still sells them, and I have had three B-Body cars that had them on when I bought the car. In fact I still need to cut off the one on the '69 Coronet R/T as someone decided to weld the trailer hitch to the frame

I looked on jcwhitney site and did not see the hitch there. This is an original from the factory that bolts to the frame and bottom bumper bolt. Thanks

There are ZERO Mopar factory installed passenger car trailer hitches during the musclecar years.

They are put on at the dealer ship, factory
doesn't put them on ever.

Worth? $5 scrap.

I had an original on my 68 charger and cut it off. Don't know if it was worth anything but I did not want it. I can't believe that it is worth that much. Check ebay to see if they are selling and if so, how much.

I can't imagine anyone using a musclecar to tow with these days. Lots of these hitches get taken off, I've never heard of one being added on in the last 20 years....

I add them as I get them.

I have been rear ended more than once and had 0 damage to my car because of it.

Also I use mine on trips to tow small box trailers. I can carry more stuff and bring home bigger parts.

I tend to be the exception to the rule I guess.

Unless you find somebody like me they aren't worth more then scrap prices.

I'd like to have one on the Challenger. It would be easier to bring more tools, and a full set of race wheels, in a small trailer, rather than try to fit it all in the car or convince a friend to tag along in a Toyota....

I am also open to the idea of adding a hitch someday as well. Can always be undone later with just a small welding repair to the part of the frame you drilled the holes into. Nice thing is if someone rear ends you, they will get bit, big time, lol.

......there's always somebody!

Hitch still isn't worth anything, though!
