70 was the only year of the RT package with the convertible option.
70 was the only year for the SE, R/T.S/E, and T/A (maybe )

I wont go into the myriad of sheetmetal & bracket differences between '70 & '71, which include fenders, inner fenders, hood, valances, brackets, floor pan etc.
Other unique '70 items:
- console - instruments (both rallye and regular -- there are a staggering number of unique-to-'70 Challenger parts) - deluxe seat belts - partial horn ring steering wheel - gas tank vented to the atmosphere (except N95 cars) - '70 cloth/vinyl seats are a one year only pattern - Burnt Orange interior - T5 tan interior (gave way to light tan & and brown options for '71)
And then into little stuff like wiring, brushed nickel vs. chrome turn signal stalks, entire dashpad and surrounding trim, front bumper fillers & accessory brackets etc...

To add to Sublime70's comment about the A66 Challenger 340 package as a one year option; you only got E-60-15 tires as standard on the package only until November, 1969, making this feature only a partial year option on the A-66 cars.
Technically 15" wheels and tires were not part of the A66 package. They were a mandatory option when A66 was ordered. Same thing with the inflatable spare. They later rescinded that restriction as you mentioned.
