Actually yes, for a short period of time but they no longer do and they looked nothing like the originals.

.....E bay is your (only) friend on this one, unfortunately. I had a half dozen sets but I've given most of them away to other needy '70 owners.

Dave,

IIRC that was cudagrille.com that was making the 70 Coronet grilles, along with 70 RR/GTX grilles, 72-4 Cuda grilles, and IIRC 1969 Charger grilles, and 71 Cuda grilles, and they may have had, or in the works a Duster Shark tooth grille.....but they were all resin cast, and most owners found out they warped after curing in the sunlight, plus the details/fit/finish left a lot to be desired

There is one up on ebay at the moment. Wasn"t sure if it was a welded original as I've never known about reproduction.
Thanks for the info!

Dave is correct but they were junk. I was lucky to get a pair of NOS a couple of years back for 500.00 but I was lucky.

I'll say. I'd drop $500 on NOS in a heartbeat! Lucky Bastid! (No Offense).

Yep, I think you're right. the other issue with them is that none of the outer fins were present, they were solid after the inner ring so they didn't have the appearance of the originals. Glad I didn't buy any.

I read a post awhile back about '70 grille color. I'd repainted mine back in '87, original set. I had picked up a set from an R/T convertible in '92 and they were the same as my Bee's. Another set from a 500 I bought had the Dodge emblem on the drivers side but my originals and the R/T set had the mount bosses for the emblem cut out. Was this done on the assembly line?

Lucky indeed; the only NOS set that I saw was $2,500.00. I ended up buying about 6 sets on E-bay for $200 - $400 per set. I painted the best set and put them on my car and I gave away several sets to fellow Moparts members in need.

Well if you ever come across a useable passenger side let me know. Mine is shot and my spare sets are long gone. I'll be searching at Carlisle next month. And that is a beautiful Bee!

Thanks. I know I had more DS ones than PS ones....they seem even more fragile because of the hood latch cut out. My parts stash is in storage these days due to a move (new shop is smaller than the old one). When I'm in storage I'll take a look...you never know.

If you do find a set, it seems that the cracked ones are usually easier to repair than ones that are warped. I would almost bet that Chrysler used two sources for these grilles (my opinion only!!!). But it does seem as either they are warped or split at the bottom. I walk past warped ones at shows because it seems as if you can never get that out of them, but if I see a reasonably priced set that are just split on the bottom I usually cant resist. But I don't have any extras now either, just got rid of my last set this winter.

I can still use my driver side. The epoxy I put in a split in '87 is still holding up. I've only got 8 outer upper outside fins on the passenger side grill and know that it can't be repaired. Searching for a useable/ repairable passenger side! Any and all assistance would be Greatly Appreciated!

Thanks for the link! I was thinking about getting Eastwood's pastic repair kit and casting all the missing ribs and also getting their plastic welder. The links method looks promising. The prices I've seen on eBay for broken grilles leads me to want to fix it again.
