I don't recall the exact part numbers, and I don't have the car here to look at. But, I can tell you that they were 30 amp generic 5-pin bosch type relays. Though you only need 4 of the pins. But, the 5-pins are easier to get.

I think I went a bit overboard with the wire gauge. I used all 12 gauge. When I do the setup for my car I think I will use 12 gauge for the main power feed and ground, 14 for the lamp feeds, and 16 for the trigger wires. It'll be a lot less bulky that way.

I should add that I'm upgrading the system in my wagon for my impending move to the Phoenix area. After the wiring is upgraded such as bypassing the ampmeter and upgrading the lights I'm adding an after market A/C.

John...When you stopped by a few years back while I was working on the Satellite, we kind of touched on the relays and the MAD Electrical upgrade. So...Do the MAD upgrade for your headlights and bypass the Ammeter. I am not running HID lights but rather the stock ones and the improvement is excellent. I also had to splice into my new M&H wiring harness to get the relays in line, but with soldering and shrink wrapping along with schematic notes and pics, any one that winds up with my car after me can see what I had done and then if necessary put it back to stock. I am also in the process of adding relays for the rear tail and backup lights along with wiring in an emergency NOS flasher unit as well. If you need any more help let me know...cr8crshr/Tuck
