I won't have pics till tomorrow first off, but I bought a bunch of NOS stuff and there was some sheet metal in the package. The challenger fender looks different than the one on my buddy's challenger and different than the AMD ones. The part # is 3579625. Is it a special fender, and if so, for a 70 or 71 challenger? THX in advance.

Restoring a car to look "only" as good as the factory made it is like getting a boob job for your wife and having the doctor make them two different sizes to seem more natural

NOS fenders have a bunch of quirks to them.

They made lot of small running changes to the fenders between 70-71. And the NOS fenders seem to have a comulation of changes and some 72-74 features even.

On top, looks like the NOS fender Mastershake bought in 1980 with the oval slot and hood bumper nut mounted foward.

The survivor 71 Hemi challenger I pictured with the Oct 1970 SPD does not have the fender support. And the edge is bent in and it does not have wheel lip moldings.
