How difficult is it to turn a metal floor stepside into the wooden floor?

It would be easier to find another bed because you will need some of the framework that holds the wood together. The cross members are different especially the rear. The angle brackets inside the bedsides will have to be changed or modified if they aren't trashed removing the steel floor from them.

Thanks. I've never looked at a metal floor and didn't know if it was just bolted in or what...
