you probably would want to find a pair of good used. there are some on ebay. the nos ones i have seen have universal brackets 2808868 and 2808869. or go with reproductions like these http://www.classicindustries.com/mopar/parts/mh108.html

So are there any other cars or trucks that have the same horns? What years? Does any body have any pictures of how they mount? I bought the car and they were not with it.

They mount right behind the grill...in front of the radiator on the hood latch bracket.

As you can read, those spartan horns spanned a broad range of years and models...Practically everything had them...The difference would be in the mounting brackets...And there is a date code at the "horn" end of the piece if that matters...

Date codes don't matter. I just want them to look right and bolt right in.
