early - same as '70 October/November '70 - passenger side changed to include the "divot" for the breather to gas tank fuel line June '71 - "hump" for '72 model year battery hold down started to appear, I've seen these with & without the weld-nut

My 71 B'Cuda has the hump (like 72-up), and no weld nut...SPD 630.

Interesting. Wonder when the change was made on B-bodies. I had a 72RR built 8-71 that did not have the battery hold down hump.
