If the car is camouflaged, what makes you think the car isn't on one of the pages?

I sold them my old heads, an intake, pistons, cam, rockers, oil pump, valve covers, etc. Armstrongs do the machine work, and work out all the bugs. It has worked well for both of us. They are very good customers.

bucky needs a tenth,, i need two..... barton guys need a tenth,,, charlies customers need a tenth...

this deal is alot of work,, and these things break if sometimes the smallest things go wrong,, like not shifting,, not enough oil, wrong oil, spin tires.. breaking the trans.. trying to push limits.. etc.

its not a tenth or two tenths,, its 10-20 hundreths,,, there are alot of little things that can or should pick you up that you do on faith that it will and hopefully in the end it all adds up. i have a list so long its crazy of things im doing,, but need to get back to racing to try things out. i made 37 runs on my car last year,, total,, and about 3/4 were screwed up by me cause i was pushing things too hard. we all will get back to work soon,, on the track.

good to see wendell runing back where he was early last year. he spun a bearing at maple grove so didnt run well,,, i was told the weather down in gainsville is like the dutch last year,, around 0 feet.. thomas in ss/aa actually went .02 quicker than the dutch though dont know if he worked on it over winter. hopefully they can get marks car to run the same and have trouble free runs in the comming months and keep moving forward.

lil joe dumped it right past the 1/8th and tim at about 1000ft to try to draw sidney first round,, if joe races sid,, that would be funny as hell..

back to working,,, on my "turd",, and making money..

that is a 68 or 69 440 with a small holley carb,, i guess they put a holley on some cars with air conditioning.

its actually a 68 cuda that is a stocker,, 9 inch tire,, jeff teutons son joey raced it in top stock for a bit. yes,, jeff has a son named joe,,, there is big joe, lil joe, jt (lil lil joe),, and then joey.. 4 joe teutons in the world..

it doesnt 60ft that well,, they have to leave low to not spin the tires cause the lil tires,, they have a 383 to run it as well, they just swap the heads to the diff shortblock.

I like how these B motor 68-69 Darts have been popping up the last couple of years in Stock and Super/Stock. they were practically non existent a few years ago. I guess they found something. The best is Darren Smiths 68, I see there where a few at Pomona. I saw a SS/JA Small block Dart there too you really don`t see many of those.

I would say ( and I'm only guessing ) that the " bracket motors " are technology from a few years back and maybe a few parts that have been superceded by newer and better things. Still not bad engines but far from record setting engines, but still legal.

I was under the impression it was bracket 'mode' not motor. Which is just a tuning changes. Lower rpm chips, different jetting, timing, etc. I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time or last for sure.

The A-120 440s (350 HP) had the 600 Holley carbs, and the A-135 HP 440s had the 750 Carter. The A-120 440s were in C-bodies for the most part in the 1968-70 era.

we were pitted with Wendell this past weekend his 8.60 run was in the slowest session on Friday. He was alittle gun shy after having some problems last year. But let me tell you this is a new year and he will very fast.
