I have a 74 Barracuda. I was looking for a new replacement Cowl and i have found a 1970-72 Dodge Challenger one. Before i order it aren't the Cuda and Challenger ones all the same?
If not what is the difference between the 1970-72 and the 73-74 ones?

Cuda and Challenger are the same. The biggest difference between the 70-71 and 72-74 are the cowl vents screw in on the early ones, where they snap in square holes on the later ones. They also do not have the electronic ignition and emissions holes in 70-71. See pic. Yours being a 74 you would need these if its a restoration. If you don't plan on using these the 70 cowl will fit and work just fine.
