mickm OP master Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 4,179 California	both caps are repops, the one on top is about 5 years old. how can i clean this up to look like the bottom one? i tried hitting it with scotchbrite, and it didn't do much of anything. 8135597-IMG_2325.jpg (94 downloads)

If ya wife has any Bar Keepers Friend it will work wonders. Mostly used on pots and pans, range tops, tubs ect. it is good stuff on metal. http://www.barkeepersfriend.com/cleaning-directions I have also used the power mixed with water to get glass water spots and have it 100% like new
